Well, let's take a look at the "science" of the Bible!  What species are described there!  The Bible contains references to some very interesting (though fictitious) species that, needless to say, are unknown to science.  Here are some examples of these wonderful little creatures!
 

Flying creeping things which have four feet!  Leviticus [11:23]	Or maybe this flying thing with four feet!?
"All flying insects that walk on all fours are to be detestable to you. "  Leviticus [11:20] Detestable!  Fictitious flying 4-legged insects.	"There are, however, some winged creatures that walk on all fours that you may eat: those that have jointed legs for hopping on the ground."  Leviticus [11:21] O.K. to eat! Fictitious 4-legged grasshoppers!
Serpents forced to forever travel on their belly and eat dust! Genesis [3:14] How else would the travel?	Talking Serpents! Genesis [3:1]
Giants! Genesis [6:4]	Creepy Slimy Things!
Fiery Serpents! Numbers [21:6]	MORE GIANTS!  When people went searching for the children of Israel, they found giants. Numbers [13:32-33], recounts an "evil report" where the land was all eaten up by its inhabitants...  "And there we saw the giants... and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight."

SO, are you convinced yet of the fallacies of evolution?!  Aren't these creatures more persuading than what science and the fossil record have to offer?!
